By accessing and using Classroom Downloader ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Classroom Downloader is a tool that enables users to download video content from Skool classrooms they have access to. The Service requires authentication with your Skool account and processes content you are authorized to access.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only download content you have legitimate access to through your Skool membership
  • Use downloaded content for personal, offline viewing only
  • Not redistribute, resell, or share downloaded content
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators
  • Provide accurate information during registration and payment

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms:

  • Pricing is $1.66 per classroom download as displayed at checkout
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is required before download links are provided

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues preventing download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

6. Download Availability

Download links remain active for 7 days after purchase. You may request re-generation of expired links from your order history. We do not guarantee perpetual availability of content that may be removed from the source platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, content unavailability, or third-party actions.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you download through the Service, subject to the original content creator's terms. The Service itself, including its design and functionality, is our intellectual property.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
